“The trip was very organised. The only slight negative that we had is that the instruction for the lunch break wasn't very clear when we arrived at the salt mines. We had the option to leave your back backs etc on the bus. it was only when we walked up to the entrance that we were informed that we had an hour to wait and our lunch was still on the bus which had moved. Asking would be the best option in hindsight.”

“Have visited before with partner but returned with 3 children ages from 12 to 20. Heartbreaking place to visit but something everyone should do and experience, we owe it to those who died to remember them. Salt mines were incredible to see. Was a long day doing both in one trip but freed up the other days. Transport was great only issue was not a lot of time between stops for a break esp with the queues for toilets etc. Special mention of Konrad who took us to salt mines who was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful.”

“The salt mine was amazing so was the tour guide. On the second half of the Auschwitz tour(concentration camp), the tour guide did not have the microphone and it was very difficult to hear and understand her. It was a long day with both tours combined. My recommendation is to do Auschwitz on one day and the salt mine the next day. Krakow is worth the visit.”

“Booked and paid in full for 5 of us to go to the camps. Had multiple confirmation emails and had been sent over the camp tickets onto the Viator app and a collection point had been agreed where we was to be picked up from. Got a 15 min taxi to the collection point and had arrived 15 mins earlier. No sign of the driver anywhere. Waited 45 mins and then called viator who said they will contact my driver and assured they was going to be on their way. Another 30 mins later no sign so called back only to be told on the phone our trip was full…”

I lost my watch which caused us to be late to our tour and the team helped us get to our tour quickly. The time we got in Krakov was a good amount of time. We got to see many shops and beautiful scenery. I highly recommend.”

Everyone knows abou the Auschwitz but when you enter its gates.... you should see it in live, where people walked, worked, slept and many many more. Salt mine ah so beautifull and huge place, the amount of work putted there is unbiliviable. All the people who gets to or near krakow MUST definitly go there.
