Lots of food starting with cold cuts n cheese with vodka, then a selection of pirogi, zapiekanki (like a pizza baguette), and then a 3 course meal in a restaurant! Found a fab cherry vodka bar - technically not part of the tour but well worth a visit.”

“We signed up for the class as an early Mother's Day gift from my sister's children who are half-Polish and desperately miss their late Babcia's Cooking. Patrycya gave us a little background history on pierogi and then instructed us in making four varieties of Poland's favourite dish. The class was limited to a small number which enabled Patrycya to provide one on one instruction where necessary. After the pierogi was made, we were rewarded for our efforts by eating the fruits of our labour. Delicious! We can't wait to try our newly learned skills when we return to Australia. “This is one of the best tours we have ever taken. Bart is a delight and gave us such interesting historical facts about Gdansk and Poland. On top of that we experienced 3 lovely tastings- charcuterie with Polish beers, a vodka tasting (I don’t normally drink vodka but the tasting was fun and delicious) and then a traditional Polish meal with for example, pierogies, sausage soup (amazing). It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon”

“Our Krakow food tour was fantastic! We had so many traditional Polish dishes. We can’t even remember all of them! Our our guide was a wonderful young woman who not only was very knowledgeable, but also very excited to share this beautiful city and all of the delicious food with us. The food tour lasted from 2 o’clock until close to six and we won’t need to eat again until morning! Fortunately, we did a lot of walking on this tour, which hopefully helped to walk off some of the food that we ate. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn both about the culture…”
