“1: it’s 2 different camps in 2 locations 2: hotel pickup can be misleading. “Dropped off at 3:15am to queue when the museum doesn’t open till half 7 in the freezing cold with no facilities or anywhere with shelter. People were running up and down the road to try warm themselves up when the original booking stated the tour would start at 10:10 and to be told after queuing for 7 hours outside in December that the tickets we purchased were only a token to potentially get a ticket to gain access to the museum something that was not disclosed in the booking. The driver had apparently made a decision to wait outside in his vehicle and text us his location…which did not work as we had no phone service in Krakow airport. We ended up using the local taxi.”

“Well organized. Piotr our driver was very punctual and friendly. He picked us up at the door of our hotel and drove us to and from the mines. He even gave us some tips for local restaurants and sightseeing in Krakow. The guided tour was also very good and interesting. The tours inside the mine are provided by the Salt Mine museum itself. There are many steps going down so I don't recommend if you have limited mobility. Overall I highly recommend.”

“It is hard to put into words how great this tour is due to the nature of the horrid things that happened here. However the tour guide Malek was amazing and guided us through some emotional stories. “The tour was organised and guide/driver good, but we had a polish tour guide and a translator who was translating into English rather than an English tour guide.By having this it seemed to take away any emotion of the day as he was concentrating on translating correctly .Another problem was the fact we were left stood in the rain for 20 mins whilst the couch took part of the group over to the Berkenau , the second part of the tour, and when it came back for us it was too dark to see anything at all which really disappointed us ,we also couldn’t hear the translator without a microphone…”
