“We should have been picked up at 9.30 our tour guide changed this to 2.50am we were in a queue from 4.30an outside the gates. We did not get on a tour until 11.45. We thought we had booked a ticket for entry but instead had to wait until 16 people could get a tour in English. I am very upset and dissatisfied none of this was explained. We didn’t leave Auschwits until 3.30pm so we were then in lots of traffic. If you sell this tour you should have given us all of the information lots of coaches turned up with tickets and went straight through for their tours.…”
